This truly fabulous low impact, low intensity functional movement to music class will make you feel relaxed but revitalised; boost energy levels; loosen stiff muscles and joints and improve flexibility & core stability for better posture and balance. The music is uplifting, motivating and equally soothing. There is no floorwork.
SOSA Dance Fitness
Fun-packed, SOSA Dance Fitness classes are perfect for everyone to enjoy. High energy to help you look after your heart and lungs and low impact to help you look after your joints. Learn authentic dance steps to many different dance styles from around the world regardless of age, experience or fitness ability….the dancefloor awaits you! There is no need for a partner; this is group dance fitness. You do not need any dance experience. You can even have two left feet! Just be ready to get hooked! The music will get you singing as well as dancing!
Classes are part exercise, part dance but all fun! Offering a complete approach to fitness and mobility for all ages and abilities. Based on postural training combined with general exercise and movement, energising and strengthening the whole body to develop good posture to leave you looking good and feeling great! Floorwork can be included over time but is not a main component of the class.
